'Our' vintage KLM-suitcase

Purchased at the animal shelter in Almere and ready for the trip after a thorough makeover.
Well filled and in June going with us on our journey from the Netherlands, via Hull England to the Scottish Highlands and back again.

A truly legendary, almost square, blue suitcase, with sturdy corner pieces and studs on the bottom and back, so that the suitcase itself would not be damaged when dropped. Of solid English origin. It was intended for hand luggage. A lot of them have been in circulation.
In the sixties and seventies it was discovered as a school bag and it also turned out to have the perfect dimensions for LPs.
Another special custom was putting it full with stickers from all the places you had been to with that special suitcase.
